My running date this morning was my friend Jessy. We met bright and early and hit the streets. Running with her makes the miles fly by because we talk the whole time. It's like killing two birds with one stone, catching up and exercise...we all know I like to multi-task. It makes it a lot more fun except when I am gasping for air because I can't breathe. Jessy on the other hand can talk and run like it ain't no thang!

The rest of the afternoon was spent over on Alden, painting and clean. Fun times. Tomorrow is my first long run, a whole six miles. I have a date for that run, too!
After a busy, productive day I think it's about time for a nice, cold, adult beverage.
